Baloci is a modern dining experience inspired by Venice, the home of Marco Polo and a key gateway of the Silk Route. Venice was once a place where merchants travelled, shared spices, ideas, and cultures between East and West. Baloci takes this history and brings it to life today.

We use Italian style and cooking techniques, combined with the rich flavours of the Silk Route, from Persia to South Asia. The result is food that feels elegant, comforting, and full of character.
